Premium Ultra White Wove:
This non-opaque ultra white wove commands the position of one of the finest ranges
of peel and seal envelopes available on the market. Unique features such as 'Laser Guaranteed', 'Hot Melt' peel and seal adhesive as well as an ultra white shade
make it suitable for all high quality mailing and premium business stationery applications.
Key Points:

Ultra white envelope grade matches the shades of some of the whitest
branded envelopes on the market but priced sensibly so as to offer considerable savings over such branded products. Has the added benefit
of matching paper and board readily available.
A range of 7 sizes comprising of 10 products make the most complete range
of non-opaque ultra white wove envelopes on the market.
'Laser guaranteed' both in plain and window across all sizes gives it the added advantage of being unique to the UK market.

Paper used is certified environmentally friendly TCF (totally chlorine free) and

The only 'Laser Guaranteed' business stationery envelope in plain and window that is available in the UK. (Window film used has been developed to
withstand the heat of both mono and colour laser printers). Suitable for all business stationery and high quality mailings with paper available to match.

Matt-Coated Mailing Wallets:
A range of 10 mailing wallets made from matt-coated 115gm paper ideal for demanding 4 colour over-printing. The double blade coated paper used gives a silky finish replicating products only normally available from flat sheet conversion.

Made with trapezium flaps and mailing insertable throat depths ensures the suitability needed for all the main mailing machines.

The inclusion of adventurous items such as reverse window C5's gives scope
to maximize the print area to give outstanding impact.

Squares:
A square envelope always enhances a mailing and a range of 35 different products across 13 sizes gives endless opportunities for creativity. For standard products a bright white 100g cartridge is used with the option in 3 sizes of an ultra white wove 120gm for a high class mailings.

Metallic and Black Envelopes:
As well as stocking a full range of 12 coloured envelopes we have introduced 12 speciality items in the form of metallic gold and silver and jet black wallet envelopes. Suitable for creating maximum impact for mailings that need to be noticed and stand out on the doormat.

4 sizes C6, DL+ (114x229), C5, C4 cover the popular sizes used for sending out anything from invitations to brochures.
Premium paper weights used in manufacture means the feel only enhances
the visual quality.
Made in peel and seal, using the superior sticking properties of hot melt adhesive ensures a vastly extended shelf life to most self seal envelopes.
Attractive white boxing with a box end label that reflects the colour of the product inside the box.

Translucent White & Coloured:
For mailings that require something a little bit different we offer 20 different
translucent envelope products in white and 11 vibrant colours. Provides the
originality for mailing that demand attention. All made with peel and seal adhesive in C6, DL+ 114x229, C5 and 160x160 square covering the main sizes required.
Key Points:

Depth of stock of translucent kept in 4 sizes in extra white, C6, DL+, C5, 160x160, 11 colours in C5 and 5 colours is 160x160.
Flexibility of box quantities means in the case of the coloured translucent as little as 100 envelopes can be purchased for next day delivery anywhere in the UK.

Gussets:
A most comprehensive range of white and manilla gussets spanning 7 sizes, 18 products. Every area is covered from window gusset in C5 and C4 to tear resistant 'EnDURO' gussets. The V-bottom gusset configuration ensures total over-printability on all machines.

Made from premium grade paper 120gm and 140gm manilla gives necessary strength and 140gm bright white cartridge enhances the quality of the product with an attractive blue hatch opaque.
Gussets are made with a V-bottom ensuring suitability for all envelope
overprint machines.
Attention to detail ensures suitability for PIP (Pricing in Proportion). The
gusset is made to 25mm capacity so C4 fit within the large letter format, B4 are made to maximum size of 353x250mm including the gusset so as to also fit into large letter category.
'Hot melt' peal and seal adhesive ensures extended shelf life and tamper
proof security.
Paper sourced from sustainable forest sources and accredited environmentally friendly.

EnDURO - Tear Resistant:
A range of highly tear-resistant Pockets and Gusset envelopes comprising of 9 products. The EnDURO product is a competitively priced alternative to well known untearable brands, with the added advantage of being fully overprintable, enhanced whiteness, sturdy 125gm quality. The product is constructed from a Tri-Laminate sandwich of paper-polythene-paper, giving the necessary strength without losing its printable qualities.
Key Points:

Paper faced Tri-laminate product ensures it is fully overprintable on all presses, overcoming the normal difficulties associated with printing untearable products.
A range of 9 products, 5 sizes covering 7 plain and 2 window pockets and gussets to cover the scope of most postable items.
Competitively priced alternative to market leading tear resistant brands, and fully accredited by Royal Mail.
Attractive blue opaque enhancing the whiteness of the product and advertising it's tear resistant credentials in the envelope throat.

Board Back Envelopes:
Heavy duty board back envelopes available in white and manilla in 9 sizes totalling 15 products. Made to a high specification using 1000 micron backing board which ensures stiffness of the product to protect all manner of postable material.
Key Points:

9 sizes from C5 to C3+ ensure that most postable items can be inserted comfortably. Even C4 window board backs are available leaving no areas uncovered.
'Hot melt' adhesive ensures long shelf life as well as tamper proof security fastening.
Backing boards both for white and manilla envelops are 1000 micron 1mm
thick giving excellent stiffness without losing the overprintable properties.
White board backs use a white backing board therefore reflecting quality and not detracting from the whiteness of the face paper.
Manilla Boardbacks are printed 'PLEASE DO NOT BEND' in red whilst white boardbacks remain unprinted so as not to obstruct any print that may be put on the face.
